We are able to carry all these items except bicycle as far as they are in a case that does not exceed the dimensions stated in the luggage policy.

For guidance, this case must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds.

We cannot store these items if they are out of a case due to the potential for damage to other customers’ luggage

You’re welcome to snack on our buses. Alcoholic beverages are for adults only. (including checked baggage).

Once completed, reservations cannot be canceled or refunded 48 hours to trip time. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, road conditions, weather or other causes over which it has no control.

Alternatively where we fails to provide on time-reliable service for reasons wholly within our control refunds, or alternative travel arrangements, may be offered.
